Q:  What states are we licensed in?
A:    Most of our business comes from Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. We are licensed to do business in Kentucky, Virginia, Indiana, and Illinois.

Q: Where are we located?
A:     Our office is located at 892 National Road in the Brookside section Bridgeport, Ohio.

Q: What is our telephone number?

Q: When are we open?
A:    Regular hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Appointments after regular hours and on Saturdays are available.

Q: What Insurance companies do we represent?
A:    Erie Insurance Group, Foremost, Westfield Companies, Great American Human Services Division, American Select, Hartford Steam Boiler, Ohio Farmers, Progressive,  State Auto, Erie Family Life, Jefferson Pilot Life

Q: Are there benefits in keeping all my insurance with one company?
A: Yes. Most insurance companies give "multi-policy" or "account"
discounts if you have more than one policy with them.

Q: What discounts are available under an automobile policy?
A: There are many. Auto-Home or Multi-policy discounts,
Multi-car discounts, safe driver discounts, good student &
drivers training discounts, theft protection discounts, air bag
and anti-lock brake discounts, longevity discounts and discounts
for higher loss deductibles.

Q: Do homeowners policies cover everything?
A: No. Although homeowners policies offer broad protection, they do 
not automatically cover many things such as flood, earthquake, 
landslide, all terrain vehicles, loss of cash, waterbed leakage, 
loosing jewelry, etc.

Q: Is my auto insurance good in Canada and Mexico?
A: Yes and No. Most policies are good in Canada but you need to take
a Canadian identification card with you. Most policies do not
apply in Mexico.

Q: Does my credit affect my ability to obtain home or auto insurance?
A: Yes. Many companies are "credit scoring" accounts. Statistically,
people with higher credit scores have fewer losses and may qualify for
lower rates than those with lower credit scores.

Q: Although my commercial business is in the valley, we operate in many
other states. Can you provide me with insurance?
A: Yes. We insure many businesses with out of state operations
or delivery territories that span the country.

Q: Do prior losses affect my ability to get insurance elsewhere?
A: Yes. Prior losses and driving records directly affect the availability and cost of your home, auto, and commercial insurance.
